What We are Doing Now
COLLABORATIVE EXPERIMENTATION INITIATIVE (CEI)
Collaborative Experimentation Initiative (CEI) was launched to connect students with top researchers across the world. Through this initiative, students can partcipate in research projects with a variety of front edge topics. The affiliated experiment projects provide student researchers with an additional learning experience and networking opportunities.
RESEARCH ON CULTIVATION STRATEGIES OF “LOCALIZED” INTERNATIONAL TALENTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION (CS-LIT)
On July 19th, 2021, GEC Academy signed a cooperation memorandum with Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School in Shenzhen to jointly conduct research and investigations on cultivation strategies of "localized" international talents in higher education in China. The cooperation between the two institutions aims to help both reach a new level in the internationalization of universities and in the development of interdisciplinary education in higher education.
CO-HOST CONFERENCE
As a partner, GEC-ASI aims to collaboratively work with the conference organizing committee to the quality improvement of the conference, preparing promotion materials, organizing the conference, reviewing abstracts and full papers, evaluating conference presentations, providing resource persons to the conference, and so on. We believe that academic conferences are an important platform for scholars to exchange research results, key topics, build teamwork, and promote academic standards.
IDEA EXCHANGE INITIATIVE (GCMI)
The critical role of the supervisor in guiding and developing the next generation of researchers has always been recognized. This initiative is to build a platform for providing Chinese students studying in domestic universities an opportunity to reach out to academics all around the world to exchange thoughts as well as ideas and gain suggestions from big-names in their particular field.
