On March 24, 2025, GEC Academy hosted its highly anticipated 2024 annual gala in Beijing, bringing together GECers from across China. The gathering was a chance to reflect on the past year’s achievements and look ahead to the exciting possibilities of the future. With a focus on innovation, growth, and the transformative power of AI in education, the 2024 annual gala set the stage for the next chapter of GEC’s journey.
The annual gala began by reviewing 2024, a year where GRIT—resilience, determination, and perseverance—was at the heart of everything we achieved. These values have driven GEC to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, allowing us to experience high-quality growth despite challenges along the way.
As we look ahead to 2025, we are committed to embracing AI as a key driver of growth, opening up new opportunities across all areas of our work. For example, the AI+X initiative will be central to our future plans, integrating AI with traditional academic disciplines to enrich our curriculum and improve teaching and learning methods. By blending online and offline learning, we aim to better support our students’ educational journeys. In addition, we will introduce AI-powered student development profiles and career placement tools, ensuring our students are well-prepared for the evolving job market. Through strengthened industry partnerships and the incorporation of AI into both teaching and student services, we also aim to streamline processes, enhance results, and ensure that our students are ready to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
In line with our forward-looking vision, we unveiled a new logo that marks a significant milestone in GEC Academy’s evolution. The traditional dot has been replaced with an infinity symbol, representing the limitless potential and endless opportunities that lie ahead, showcasing our commitment to continuous innovation and progress, and reinforcing our dedication to leading the way in education and technology.
